Digital Products (Virtual Mystery Packs)

All virtual mystery packs are digital entertainment products that are delivered instantly upon purchase through our website. Results are revealed immediately once the virtual pack is opened.

Because these products are digital in nature:

• No physical shipping is required to receive the digital experience

• Digital products are considered delivered once opened

• All digital mystery pack purchases are final sale once opened

 

 

 

Physical Card Redemption (If Applicable)

 

If a customer chooses to redeem physical trading cards revealed from a virtual mystery pack, shipping will apply as follows:

• Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after redemption request

• Tracking will be provided when available

• Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

 

 

No Shipment = No Non-Delivery Claims

For digital virtual packs, since no physical shipment is required to access the product, claims of “item not received” do not apply once the virtual pack has been opened and results revealed.
